It is with deep sadness that the family of the late William J. Stewart of Bay L’Argent announces his passing. William passed away at his home in Bay L’Argent on Thursday, March 31st, 2022 at the age of 78.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife Alice of 52 years; sons, William (Stephanie) of Bay L’Argent, and Jerry (Joanne) of Bay L’Argent; daughters, Tammy (Gerry) of Little Bay and Tanya (Colin) of Bay L’Argent; 3 grandchildren, Tara (Adam), Brandon (Kendall), and Ashley (Jonny); 2 great-grandchildren, Aiden and Addison; sisters, Elsie (John), Shirley (Norman), Winnie, Alice, Rita (Donald), Violet (Norman), Nina (William), and Beverly; plus a large number of family and friends.
William was predeceased by his parents, Queenie and Joseph Stewart; parents-in-law, Molly and Cecil Whittle; his treasured grand puppy, Luke; brother-in-laws, Nicholas Whittle, Cecil Whittle, William Brinton, Randell Walters, Leo Browne, and Peter Labour; sister-in-law, Romaine Whittle.
The Stewart Family will be accepting visitors at St. Hilda’s Anglican Church, Bay L’Argent on Saturday, April 2nd and Sunday April 3rd from 1-4pm and 7-9pm.
Funeral Service will take place on Monday, April 4th at 11am.
In William’s memory donations may be made to The Stewart Family or flowers gratefully accepted.
