In Loving Memory of William “Bill” John Cammack
March 7, 1951- April 18, 2022
It’s with great sadness the family of Bill Cammack announces his peaceful passing with Tanya, the love of his life for 22 years at his side. Bill will be lovingly remembered by brothers Leonard (Julie), Charlie, sister Jeannie (Graham), daughters Sharlene (Adam), Anne, step-sons Rob and Shane, step-daughters Valerie (Eric), Barb (Steve), by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
Bill was born and raised in the Uxbridge area, re-locating to Head Lake in the late 1970s. Bill was self-employed and a ‘Jack of all trades.’ He split and delivered countless cords of wood and snow plowed many of the local folk’s driveways during the winter. He was a great collector of antiques and ‘turn of the century’ tools. Bill spent many hours in his workshop hand crafting items out of wood, cutting and planing lumber for customers. Bill enjoyed hunting and fishing, He never slowed down and kept himself busy right up to his passing.
A special thank you to Dr. McMillian, Dr. Thomas, the paramedics and nurses for the wonderful ‘Home Care’ he received, and all the good friends and neighbours for their visits and help.
As per Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Hope United Church, Norland or to the Humane Society of Kawartha Lakes would be appreciated and can be arranged through the Gordon A. Monk Funeral Home Ltd., P.O. Box 427, Minden, Ontario K0M 2K0.

In Our Hearts
We thought of you today,
But that is nothing new.
We thought about you yesterday,
And days before that too.
We think of you in silence,
And often speak your name.
Now all we have are memories,
And your picture in a frame.
Your memory is our keepsake,
With which we’ll never part.
God has you in his keeping,
We have you in our heart. -Unknown
