Death Notice
ODORIZZI, William Ernest “Bill” (1926-2022) (Formerly of Port Loring)
Bill Odorizzi died peacefully, after a brief illness, at North Bay Regional Health Centre, on Friday, April 15, 2022. He was 95 years old. Bill was predeceased by his wife Ivy (Davis) (1928-2020). He was the much loved father of Aaron Odorizzi and Amanda Wilband (Derrick) and cherished grandfather of Sara, all of North Bay. He was the dear brother of Lloyd (late Pat) of Port Loring, Jack (Mary) of Sarnia and Jacqueline Blackburn (Frank) of Toronto; and was predeceased by his siblings Norman (late Hazel Croswell and late Florence Brooks-Brunne), Marie (Pat Tompkins), Mildred “Millie” Evers, and Gladys Stillar (late Bud). He will be fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews and friends. Bill’s family extend a special thank you to Dr. Hailey Moore, the nursing staff of NBRHC A-3, and the staff of Nipissing Manor Nursing Care for their wonderful care of our Dad. Visitors will be received at the Paul Funeral Home, Powassan on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 from 12:30 to 2:00 pm. A funeral service will follow at 2:00 and will be live-streamed (see link below). Spring interment will take place at Loring Community Cemetery. Should you wish to make a donation in Bill’s memory, the Argyle Nursing Station or Loring Community Cemetery are suggested.
