Stewart, Whorell Mahan
Peacefully at Perth Community Care Centre on Saturday, November 26th, 2022 Whorell “Red” passed away at the age of 91. Predeceased by his wife Dorothy (2016), his parents Rodney and Blanche and by his sons Gordon and Rick. He will be fondly remembered by his daughters Andrea (Brad) Snyder and Gail (Nelson) Stewart-Van Polen, and by his grandchildren Amber (Josh), Michael (Isabella), Samantha, Victoria (Blaine), Mistia, Gordon, Joslynn, Amber, Dustin, Bonnie, Heather and Jessie. He was the devoted great-grandfather of 12. Red was a career salesman who retired after many years with Country Carpet in Perth.
Services for Red will be held privately for the family. In remembrance of him, memorial contributions to Lanark County Interval House (Carleton Place) would be appreciated. Arrangements are in the care of Blair & Son Funeral Directors, Perth.
