Wendy Dawn Sawa was born on June 6, 1973 in Regina, Saskatchewan and passed away in Edmonton on June 20, 2022 at the age of 49 years.
Forever In Our Heart
Wendy leaves to mourn her husband Yassin Hamdon; her mother Debbie and step-father John; sons Micheal (Laura) and Brandon (Caylan); her sisters Tina and Shannon (Jason); her grandchildren Serenity, Lucas, Aemilia, and Wyatt; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Gordon; brother Stacey; her grandparents; as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A Service of Remembrance for Wendy will be held on Friday, September 2, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the Ponoka Funeral Home. The service will be livestream broadcast at service time and be recorded if you are unable to attend at service time – the video viewer is located below.
