Wendy Annette Burns
1945-2022
It is with sadness that the family announce the passing of
Wendy Annette Burns on Thursday, April 21, 2022, in Fredericton, New
Brunswick. Born on March 14, 1945, in Beaver Harbour, Wendy was the
daughter of the late Milton and Bette (Smith) Barry and the beloved
wife of Kevin Burns.
Wendy will be missed by her daughter, Sara Burns; sisters,
Randi Barry and Sammy Thorne (Ross) as well as many nieces, nephews,
cousins, and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, Wendy was predeceased
by her daughter, Carrie and sister, Vicky.
A visitation will take place at McAdam’s Funeral
Home on Monday, April 25, 2022, from 4:00 – 6:00 pm. A Mass
of Christian Burial will take place at St. Dunstan’s
Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at 11:00 am. For those
unable to attend the service, a live stream will be available at the
