WEATHERILL ROXANNE ROSE 2022

June 17, 1961 – November 19, 2022
It is with great sadness we announce that Roxanne has passed away at Georgian Bay General Hospital in Midland on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at the age of 61. Roxanne Weatherill of Elmvale, will be lovingly remembered by her partner of 22 years, the love of her life, Hazel Weddell. Daughter of Eleanor Weatherill and the late R. Dale Weatherill. Survived by her brother, Bob (Tatiana) Weatherill. Predeceased by step father Larry Rance. She will be missed by her mother-in-law, Patricia Weddell and sister-in-law, Sheila (John) Lepoutre. “A-nut” Roxanne is forever etched into the hearts of nephews Derek and Colin.
Roxanne suffered a subarachnoid hemorrhage (aneurysm) and fought a hard fight for 5 months. After a career with Enbridge (Consumer Gas) she was starting to figure out her retirement plans that would’ve included many more years of travel, country music, camping in the trailer ‘Peanut’ and laughing with a beer among friends. Though she is no longer with us her smile and spirit will live on in the hearts of many friends. Thanks to everyone for their support throughout this painful time.
Roxanne’s Celebration of Life will be held at the Elmvale Legion on Saturday, December 10th from 2 pm “until we get kicked out”. Please come with your thoughts and stories to share with everyone.
Memorial donations made directly to Royal Canadian Legion, Br. 262, 7 John St. Elmvale, Georgian Bay General Hospital Foundation or Sunnybrook Hospital Foundation would be greatly appreciated.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of WEATHERILL ROXANNE ROSE 2022..
