It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Wayne on September 26, 2022, at the age of 78 years. He will be forever loved and remembered by his loving wife, Hilda; 2 sons, John and Anthony; nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family, many friends, and his fur baby, Patches, who is missing him dearly.
Wayne was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Evelyn; Aunt, Elizabeth; and his parents-in-law, Corrie and Jacob Horsman.
The interment will take place at Westlawn Memorial Garden, 16310 Stony Plain Rd, Edmonton, AB T5P 4A6, on Monday, October 3, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. A Memorial Service to celebrate Wayne’s life will follow at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 11905-47 St. NW, Edmonton at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made in Wayne’s memory to the Edmonton Humane Society, 13620 163 St NW, Edmonton, AB T5V 0B2.
