With broken hearts, the family of Wayne Skinner announces his sudden passing on December 31, 2021, at the age of 67. Loving and devoted husband of Rosemary (nee Ruffolo) for 39 years. Dear brother of Don and wife Nancy, Dorothy, Bonnie (the late Denis), Patti and husband Dave, and predeceased by Richard, Jack, Jerry (survived by Diane), Tom (survived by Carol), Jimmy (survived by Shirley), Raymond, Carol (Charlie). Wayne will be lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Also predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Janey Skinner. Dear son-in-law of Matilde Ruffolo and the late Benny. Brother-in-law of Vivian Adams and Darren Mason, and the late Enzo Ruffolo.
Wayne retired from Chrysler Canada after 30 years of service. Wayne was an avid golfer, and loved passing time on projects in his garage. Wayne enjoyed sports, cheering for the Detroit Lions, Detroit Tigers and Toronto Maple Leafs. Wayne will always be remembered as a happy-go-lucky man, who always enjoyed life and the love of his family.
