Wanda Marilyn Fournier
March 2, 1957 – December 29, 2021
Wanda Fournier beloved wife of Gordon of 41 years quietly departed with her loving children and family by her side on December 29th, 2021 at the age of 64 years.
Wanda was born on March 2, 1957 to Ken and Evelyn Wilton in Drumheller, Alberta. Wanda was the oldest of Ken and Evelyn Wilton’s children, followed by Christine Wilton, Larry Wilton and Tim Wilton. Wanda’s lifetime passions were her family and her volunteer work for the community. The Titans Football Club will dearly miss her dedication and smiles. She was well known for her kindness and warm soul. One of her favourite jobs was bus driving for over 20 years. She left us beautiful memories to always cherish. Her love for her family is unforgettable. Wanda enjoyed spending time with her three grandchildren. She loved her penguins and she enjoyed baking, sewing, loved telling stories of her road tips all over Alberta and coast to coast. Her beautiful heart and her boundless love will be greatly missed.
Wanda was predeceased by her parents.
Wanda will be remembered and cherished by her loving husband, her children Jennifer Fournier, Kenneth Fournier, Valerie Fournier, Candice Fournier, along with her beloved and treasured grandchildren Mickia Fournier, Chalyce Olsen, Lydia Olsen, her siblings Christine, Larry, Tim and their families. Also surviving Wanda are numerous extended family members and a lifetime of friends.
There will be no formal funeral service held for Wanda. Courtney-Winter’s Funeral Homes are in care of the arrangements.
