He loved the outdoors, especially fishing in the rivers also berry picking. Wally built many bird feeders and put them all over the property and loved watching the variety of birds that were attracted to the feeders. There was a great number of wildlife that passed through the yard: deer, moose, fox, and black bears.

Bob and I were saddened to hear of Wally’s passing. We remember him fondly as the neighbour down the street whose car was always clean, whose lawn was greenest and weed free, and who was impeccably dressed no matter the time or day.
He gave much to the Grande Cache and was a leader in the business community. We send our sincere condolences to Jean, Patty and Sandra and their families.
