It is with deep sorrow that we announce our father Walter Klatt, born November 23, 1943, has passed away from a long battle of cancer on November 17, 2022 with his daughters by his side.
He will be forever remembered by his daughters; Lela, Tamara and Tracy, his son Franklin, grandkids; Luna, Adrianah and Abigail, his brother Rudolph, his sister Toni and to all the people who called him “dad”.
Walter was predeceased by his wife Theresa Klatt, parents Robert and Lily Klatt and his sister Tamara.
We will miss your ability to fix anything we bring to you, your silly sarcastic jokes you told and your unconditional love and support you gave us every day. You rest now dad. Please give mom a big hug for us. We love you so much!
The family wishes a special thank you to the staff on the medical ward at the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital for their care and compassion to not only him, but to his daughters.
