Wallace Donovan 2022

Wallace John Donovan, of Upper Derby, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 14, 2022, at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, at the age of 74.
Born in Renous, he was the son of the late Jeremiah and Sylvia (Sturgeon) Donovan. He worked as a loader operator in the woods and was a member of St Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church.
He will be greatly missed by his wife Lillian (Jardine) Donovan of Upper Derby; his daughters Holly (Eric) of Blackville, and Heidi of Blackville; four sisters Donna (Hubert Jardine) of Renous, Susan (Brent Corney) of Blackville, Janice (Hal Moorehouse) of Renous, and Christina (Toby Sullivan) of Renous; four brothers Glen (Joyce) of Renous, Jeremiah (Rita) of Renous. Hally (Liz) of Renous, and Guy (Mayllene) of Quarryville; four grandchildren Calvin, Shelby, Bryce, and Mya; and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his two daughters Tracy and Toby; and two brothers Austin and Nick.
The family will receive relatives and friends from St Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church in Renous, on Thursday, June 16, 2022 from 4 to 8 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 17, 2022, from St Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, at 10 am, with Father Paul Doucet officiating.
As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to St Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, or to a memorial of one’s choice.
