Wakeham, Simeon
1933-2021
À l’Hôpital régional d’Edmundston,
le 23 novembre 2021,
à l’âge de 88 ans et 5 mois,
nous a quitté M. Simeon Wakeham,
il était l’époux en 1ières noces de Mme Marie Vautour,
et en 2ièmes noces de Mme Jeanne Cyr
et demeurait à Edmundston.
Outre son épouse, il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants : Maria Hawkins, Theresa Stevason (Bill), Marie-R. Hawkins et Monica Mintinko (Steve), les enfants de son épouse (Jeanne) : Jennifer France-Sirois (Yanick), Stephanie France (Eric), Robert France (Michelle) et Marilèna Rita Patruno (Daniela), 19 petits-enfants et 22 arrière-petits-enfants.
Il repose maintenant auprès de ses parents M. Victor Albert Wakeham et Mme Nellie Adelaide Stewart, de ses enfants Joey et Gerard, de son frère Ron, ainsi qu’auprès de sa soeur Doreen.
Les funérailles de M. Simeon Wakeham auront lieu à 16h, lundi le 30 mai 2022 en l’Église de Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, avec l’inhumation au cimetière paroissial.
La famille recevra les témoignages de sympathie à compter de 15h lundi en l’Église de Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes.
Les heures de visites seront lundi de 15h à 16h, soit l’heure des funérailles.
M. Wakeham était membre de la Légion canadienne # 25.
La famille désire remercier le personnel de l’Hôpital régional d’Edmundston pour les excellents soins qu’il a reçus.

At the Edmundston regional Hospital,
November 23, 2021
at the age of 88 years and 5 months,
passed away Mr. Simeon Wakeham,
he was the husband in 1st marriage of Mrs. Marie Vautour
and in 2nd marriage of Mrs. Jeanne Cyr
and lived in Edmundston.
Besides his wife, he is survived by his children: Maria Hawkins, Theresa Stevason (Bill), Marie-R. Hawkins and Monica Mintinko (Steve), the children of his wife (Jeanne): Jennifer France-Sirois (Yanick), Stephanie France (Eric), Robert France (Michelle) and Marilèna Rita Patruno (Daniela), 19 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his parents Mr. Victor Albert Wakeham and Mrs. Nellie Adelaide Stewart, his children Joey and Gerard, his brother Ron and his sister Doreen.
The funeral of Mr. Simeon Wakeham will be held on Monday, May 30th, 2022 at 4 p.m. in the Church of Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes, with interment in the parish cemetery.
The family will receive condolences starting at 3 p.m. Monday, in the Church of Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes.
Visiting hours will be Monday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., which is the time of the funeral.
Mr. Wakeham was a member of the Canadian Legion # 25.
The family wants to thank the staff of the Edmundston Regional Hospital for the excellent care he received.
