It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Wai Bong Wong on October 3, 2022, in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Ngan Heng Wong. Loving father of Danie (Kathy), Gina (Lloyd), Harvey (Audrey), and Edward (Shelly). Adored grandfather to Kyle, Kayleigh (Nathan), Amanda, Alexander (Andrea), Laura, Brady, Adam, Rebecca, Thomas, and Cody. Friends and family may visit at the Central Chapel of Hulse, Playfair & McGarry, 315 McLeod Street, Ottawa on Friday, October 14, 2022 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. A funeral service will take place in the chapel on Saturday, October 15, 2022 at 10am followed by interment in Beechwood Cemetery. Wai Bong will be dearly missed and always remembered. Contributions in memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
