Vincent de Paul Quigley
July 12, 1947 – September 11, 2022
Passed peacefully away after a courageous battle with cancer at the Health Sciences Center on Sunday, September 11th, 2022, Vincent de Paul Quigley, aged 75 years.
Predeceased by parents Herman and Kathleen Quigley.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, children: Andrea Squires (Dave) and Jeff, Laura (Caio) and Jenny Quigley; brothers: Robert (Libby), Bren (Sharon), Paul and Neil (Cathy); special friend Denis (6thbrother) (Barb) Barry; partner Jackie Brown; and a large circle of extended family and friends.
The family would like to express sincere gratitude to the doctors, nurses and staff at both the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Centre and units 5NA and 4NA of the Health Sciences Center for their exceptional care and support. Also, a very special thank you to Dr. Jamieson Mercer for always going above and beyond for Vince.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held, date and time to be determine.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Vince’s memory may be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation, The Gathering Place or a charity of one’s choice.
