Passed away peacefully on August 25, 2022 at the age of 79. Dear husband of Debbie. Loving father of Debbie (Ron) Arsenault, Denise (Don) Parsons, Scott (Casey) Hamelin, step-father to Leeanne (Rickardo) Colley, and Edward Colley. Treasured grandpa to Brittany (Matt), Donte, Samuel, Brook (Adam), Chloe and step-grandfather to Rhys, Jared and Cade. Son of the late Louis and Clarice Hamelin. Dear brother of Stan Hamelin. Predeceased by sister Shirley and brothers Lawrence, Herbert, Nelson, and Frank. He will be greatly missed by many nieces, nephews and best friends Herman, Jerry and late Nick.
Vince was a huge Detroit Tigers fan. He worked 47 and half years at National Auto Radiators and only took 3 sick days during this time. He was not only dedicated to his job, but to his family as well. His animals meant everything to him, leaving behind his best pal and furry friend, Mocha. He lived in McGregor his whole life and took great pride in his home which he built with assistance from his dad and brothers.
