Victoria Diane WHITLOW Sandford 2022

WHITLOW Victoria Diane, 70, of Tavistock passed away with family by her side at her residence on Wednesday July 20, 2022. She was born at London on October 9, 1951 a daughter of the late James and Betty (Pepper) Sandford.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Claude Watson (1986) and by her daughter, Jessie James Whitlow (in infancy).
Victoria is survived by her second husband, Brett Whitlow; 4 children, Michelle MacDonald, Kari Watson, Terry Watson and Brandy Watson; 8 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, James Sandford Jr. (Velvet) and Jeff Sandford; 2 sisters, Heather Bourner (Frank), Laura Brown (Ken); brother-in-law, Howard Pullen.
She was predeceased by her sisters, Bonnie Pullen, Linda and husband Jim Herrington
Relatives and friends will be received in the Francis Funeral Home, 77 Woodstock Street North, Tavistock on Saturday July 23, 2022 from 12 noon until 2 p.m. Family and friends will then be going in a procession to Windfall Cemetery where a committal service will be held at approximately 3 p.m. A “Celebration of Life Service” will be held at Drumbo Agricultural Hall, 42 Centre St. Drumbo at 5 p.m. A fellowship with refreshments will follow.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated and may be made through the Francis Funeral Home by calling 519-655-2431.
