Obituary
Vera Davis of Bacon Ridge, MB passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022 at the age of 84 years.
Vera was predeceased by her husband James, her daughter Carol, her parents Mary and Frank Catcheway, her siblings; twin brother David, Gordon, Harvey, Paul, Christopher, Lloyd, Nelson, Florence, Bernice, Lucy, Theresa, Christine, Mary-Rose and her infant sister.
She leaves to mourn her passing and cherish many fond memories: her daughter Mary, her son Conrad (Theresa), numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and godchildren, her sister Marilyn Beauchamp. her brother-in-law Joe Davis, her sisters-in-law Freda Malcolm, Caroline Davis, Thelma Davis, her special niece Lucy Campbell-Malcolm along with numerous extended family members and many friends.
Viewing will take place on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 3:00 pm from Sneath-Strilchuk’s Ste. Rose Chapel. Family and friends who wish to join the procession to bring Vera home to the Ebb and Flow Community Complex for the wake are asked to meet at the funeral home at 4:00 pm on Friday. Prayers will be offered on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 7:00 pm in the community complex.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at 1:00 PM in the Ste. Rose de Lima Roman Catholic Church, Ste. Rose du Lac, MB. Family and friends who wish to join the procession from Ebb and Flow to the church are asked to meet at the Ebb and Flow Community Complex by 11:45 AM Saturday.
Interment in the Ste. Rose Cemetery.
