1941-2022
It’s with great sadness that the family announces
the death of Valmont LeBlanc, husband of Lilianne Losier, which
occurred on June 4th, 2022, at the age of 81.
Originally from Eel River Crossing, he’s been living in
Balmoral for several years.
Besides to his wife, he will be sadly missed by his children:
Denise (Jacques Lapointe) and Mario (Édith), the mother of
his children, Huguette Verrault; his grandchildren: Jason Lapointe
(Arlene Kenny), Stéphanie Parent (Steven Parent), Marilyn
LeBlanc (Jordan Linton) and Marc-André LeBlanc (Francis
Gallant), his great-grandchildren: Cloé, Alexy and Aryelle,
his wife’s children: Chantal Haché (Danny Pageau) and
Brigitte Haché (Denis Thériault), Brigitte’s
children: Alexandre, Frédérique, Mathis,
Mackenzie and Abigail whom he considered his grandchildren, his
brothers: Gérard (Lilianne) and Raymond, his
sister Claudette Maltais (Claude Desrosiers), his brothers-in-law
Henri Doucet (Noëlla), Paul Losier (Dorothy), his
sister-in-law Fernande Losier-Cantin, as well as several nieces and
nephews.
Valmont was a proud founding member of the Knights of
Columbus of Eel River Crossing and was a member of
the22nd
Regiment.
Valmont was predeceased by his parents: Charles and Florida
LeBlanc, his sisters Cora Doucet and Doreen LeBlanc; his brother
Alexis and his wife’s son, Pierre Haché.
Funeral mass will be held in the Ste-Trinité
Church, Eel River Crossing, on Wednesday, June 8th at 4:00 pm.
Respecting Valmont LeBlanc’s wishes, there will be no
visitation at the funeral home.
