On July 20, 2022, Velmerea, in her 83rd year, passed away peacefully at the Belleville General Hospital with her family by her side. Beloved wife of 55 years to Douglas Tebo. Loved Mom and Mother in Law to Charles (predeceased) and Chrissy, Corey and Keriellen, Kirby and Lindsay. Missed by her grandchildren Tiffany, Cassie, Payton and Blake. Dear sister of Gladys, Lavern, Agatha, Darlene, Carson, Clinton and the late Charles, Larry, Pat, Winnie and Glenaver. Dearly remembered by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at McConnell Funeral Home, 37 Colborne St., Tweed (613-478-3535) on Thursday from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. A funeral service will be held at Tweed Pentecostal Church on Friday, July 29, 2022 at 11 am. Donations to Tweed Pentecostal Church or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
