Obituary of Vally Valerie Traub
“Forever loved, Vally (Valerie) Traub, born March 22, 1936 was called Home to be with her Saviour and Lord, Jesus Christ on March 30, 2022. The eldest child of Gottfried and Martha (nee Weinert) Traub, she is survived by her children, Anita and Norbert; her niece, Karin Rempel Nelisson (George) and her nephews, Willy Rempel and Martin Harangozo, as well as relatives in Canada, the United States and Germany. She is predeceased by her siblings, Willy, Gertrud, Holde, and Helga during childhood, and her sister Gertrud (Dr. Jacob Rempel) in 2009. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery in Niagara Falls on Saturday, April 9 at 2 o’clock before proceeding to her celebration of life service at Immanuel Baptist Church, 605 Vine Street, St. Catharines at 3:30 pm. Refreshments to follow.”
