Obituary
Passed on July 17, 2022
March 15, 1947 – July 17, 2022 With heavy hearts we announce Valerie passed away peacefully after a lengthy battle.
She is survived by her husband David, her daughter Rebecca (Heiko), grandsons Lukas and Konner, her step daughter Jennifer (Martin), step granddaughters Emilie and Brianne, her sisters Myrna (Barry) and Lorraine (Ron), niece Maureen (Allen) and nephews Jeffrey (Rhonda) and Kevin (Corin), Bros. in-law Allan (Debbie), Al Wetton, Sister in-law Bev (Gary). Valerie also leaves to mourn special friend, Carla, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins, and many friends. Valerie was predeceased by her parents, June and Mick.
There will be a private family interment at a later date.
The family would like to thank the doctors and nursing staff at Selkirk Cancer Care unit, Stonewall Hospital, Teulon PCH for their care and compassion. Special thank you to Dr. Graham.
