Tsai Hsia Tseng born on May 7, 1937 passed away on July 11, 2022 from a heart attack at home. She was born in Kolkata, India to Tien Hsi and Hsieh Shih Ku, who she joins in paradise along with her sister Siu Ho Leung. She leaves behind her husband Ling Hsiang Tseng, children Te-Chia Tseng (Hsi-Jung), Meng Fong Wang (Hsiung Tsai), Chung Fong Chu (Jung Hua), Te Hsun Tseng (Florence), and Te Yung Tseng (Yu Shan), 13 grandchildren,13 great grandchildren, and her siblings Hsuan Hua Ku (Mei Lan), Ai Hsia Chung (Hou), Chang Hua Ku (Pee Jung), (Lo Leung) husband of Siu Ho Leung, Hsiao Hsia Chen (Cheng Hua), Ti Hua Ku (Lina), and Mei Hua Ku (Queenie) and their families.
