Obituary
Trevor James Charrier
“Blue Thunderbird Man”
It is with great sadness and the heaviest of hearts that family announces the passing of their ever so loved Trevor.
Trevor was born March 3, 1981 in Winnipeg, MB to proud parents Doreen Johnson and Edward Charrier.
Trevor leaves behind his parents Doreen, Edward and Mary-Ann; his grandmother (Bamma) Helen Charrier; daughter Addison Bree and son Hunter McCoy; his one and only granddaughter Brynley (Poopers); brothers Terence and Edward (Babes); sister Elizabeth; his very faithful doggie companion Rosie; his girlfriend and good luck charm Britt Nyman; many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and an abundance of friends too numerous to name.
Trevor was raised mainly in Riverton, MB. His childhood took him to various towns in northern MB and southern U.S. Living in northern, MB as a child with his brothers, they all became avid anglers and hunters and would spend countless hours together during those times of the year. Trevor played hockey as a young boy and made many good friends and teammates for life. He loved to score. Trevor worked n the construction trade where he travelled the north and went on to own his very own construction company.
Trevor loved his home that he had proudly designed and built on the family homestead Husafeli. When visiting Trevor, you could always find him outside tending to his beautiful garden full of beautiful flowers, plants and vegetables that he would grow from seeds. Trevor also loved to share his flowers, plants and vegetables with family and friends that came to visit.
He had planted 3 crab apple trees and made the best apple pies with them. His goal was to have a saw mill at his home and was working towards that.
Trevor absolutely adored and cherished his beautiful granddaughter Brynley (Poopers), she was the most amazing gift to his life.
Trevor was a good man, with a heart as big as the sky, he would help anyone in need and never questioned why. He had the biggest bear hugs and the most beautiful contagious smile and laugh. He has left many beautiful memories. One of mom’s fondest memories is picking sage with her boy in the late part of this summer. Dad’s fondest memory is when he visited Trevor at his home, along with his mom, Trevor prepared an awesome steak dinner cooked over the open fire, where the three spent the day together.
Farewell will take place at Trevor’s home 132190 River Rd. Riverton, MB on Wednesday, October 5, 2022 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Trevor Charrier September 28 2022..
