With broken hearts we announce the passing of Tracey Lynne MacInnis on Sunday, March 27, 2022, in the An Cala, Palliative Care Unit of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born January 11, 1980, in Sydney, she was the daughter of David and Linda (Crane) MacInnis.
Besides her parents, Tracey is survived by her loving partner and best friend, Jason Covey; stepdaughters, Cassandra Mailman-Covey (Zach), Sydney and Cecilia “Cece” Mailman-Covey, Sydney; sister, Melissa, Sydney; nephew, Jordan MacInnis.
Tracey will be dearly missed by her many aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
As per Tracey’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family service will take place at Sydney Memorial Chapel.
Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
