Obituary of Tina Kehler
On Tuesday, September 27, 2022, our wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Tina Kehler left us to be with her Lord and Saviour at the age of 85.
Tina leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 64 years Reuben Wellington Kehler; her children: Cliff (Tammy), Dolores (Mike), Audrey and Blake (Pamela Juneau and son Evan), as well as five grandchildren: Christopher, Courtney, Natasha, Nick and Aimy; and two great-grandchildren: Cayden and Tianna. She is also survived by three sisters: Jessie Froese (Pete Froese), Frieda Martens (Elmer Martens) and Linda Kornelsen.
She was predeceased by her parents John and Helen Kornelsen (Pries); sisters: Hilda (Cornie Friesen) and Bertha; and brother Jake (Kay Friesen).
The service will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, with viewing one hour prior. A luncheon in which the family invites all for fellowship will take place after the service and interment at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd, thereafter. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cardiac Sciences Manitoba or St. Boniface Hospital Foundation, in Mom’s memory.
A big thank you to the doctors and nurses at Riverview for their compassionate care of Mom.
