Tina Venhuizen November 9th 1936 January 28th 2022

Quietly, at Twin Lakes Terrace, on Friday, January 28, 2022, Tina Venhuizen passed away at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late Norman (2015). Dear mother of Annette (Bill), Carl, Wayne (Heather), Debbie (David) and Nancy (Bill). Predeceased by two infant daughters, Tina and Faith. Loving grandma of Michelle, Daniel, Chris (Spencer), Todd (Candice), Paige (Dean), Jack, Drew, Luke, Robin, Rachel, Sarah and Laura. Predeceased by infant granddaughter Kimberly. Great-grandmother to Luken, Jaxon, Alina, Carter and Carson. Tina immigrated to Canada from the Netherlands in 1954, where she met and settled in Forest with the love of her life, Norman. They went on to establish “Venhuizen Construction” in Sarnia for 32 years, and they enjoyed 12 years of retirement in Florida. Summer would find Tina spending many joyous hours with her husband Norm at their trailer in Lakewood Christian Camp. Many fond memories were made at the camp visiting with family and friends, where they spent many hours fishing and gathering around great camp fires at night. Tina and Norm were proud supporters of the community in many ways over their 32 years of business. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of Twin Lakes Terrace for their care, compassion and tender touch. Cremation will take place. A celebration of Tina’s life will take place at a later date. In lieu of flowers, sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Salvation Army or Right to Life (cheques only at the funeral home please).

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Tina Venhuizen November 9th 1936 January 28th 2022..
