Obituary of Thérèse Vermette
Peacefully Thérèse C. Vermette passed away August 15, 2022 at the Ste. Anne Villa Youville at the age 100years and eight months.
She is survived by two daughters and two sons: Gerald, Gisele (Merv) Elchuk, Henriette (Laurent) Allard and Normand, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her daughter Diane (1946), husband Arcade Vermette (2008), grandson Philippe Allard (2008) and her parents Eugene and Georgiana Tellier. She was the last surviving member of 15 children.
She enjoyed her independence at Paradis des Pioniers for many years until she was placed at Villa Youville in Ste. Anne, where she had super care and a lot of T.L.C.
The funeral mass will be held Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 10:00am at the St. Maurice Catholic Church in Morris, Manitoba. Burial of the urn will take place at the St. Jean-Baptiste Parish Cemetery.
The family would like to thank the staff and sister Rioux for their exceptional care of her. She had a favourite song: Mon Chapeau Paille, that she loved to sing and that is why she is wearing it in the photo.
A golden heart stopped beating.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Therese
