Thérèse Richard
1948-2022
Thérèse Richard, 74, of Saint-Paul, passed away peacefully,
surrounded by her family at the Dr Georges-L-Dumont UHC, on Friday
August 26, 2022. She was married to the late Yvon Richard. Born in
Saint-Paul, she was the daughter of the late Edmond and the late Anna
(Légère) Lavoie.
She will be sadly missed by her children; Darlene Pellerin (Jean-Noel)
of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Noella Richard (Marc) of Dieppe, Jean-Paul of
Holden, MA, her grandchildren; Stephane, Marc, Maxime, Natasha, her
great grandchildren; Hailey, Abygail, Vivienne, William, Estelle and
her special friend, Armand Belliveau. She also leaves to mourn her
sisters; Ida Gallant (late Léandre) of Riverview, Jeannine
Doucette (late Moise) of Bouctouche, Jeannette LeBlanc (late
Jean-Noel) of Cocagne, Stella Allain (Albéo) of Saint-Paul,
Claudette Pellerin (Roger) of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, her brothers;
Alyre (late Marie) of Saint-Sosime, Raymond (Annette) of Saint-Paul,
Ronald of Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, Oscar (Anise) of Saint-Paul, Robert of
Rexton, Paul (Joanne) of Winchendon, MA and several nieces and
nephews.
Thérèse was predeceased by her sisters; Emma and Helena and
brothers, Benjamin (Ben) and Lionel.
Visitations will be held at the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Roman
Catholic Church Slumber Room, Sainte-Marie-de-Kent, on Tuesday
September 13, 2022 from 2 to 4pm and from 5:30 to 6:45pm. The Funeral
Mass will be held in the Notre-Dame du Mont Carmel Church, on Tuesday
September 13, 2022 at 7:00pm. Interment will be in the parish
cemetery.
In Thérèse’s memory a donation can be made to the
Canadian Cancer Society.
