Thérèse Marie (Gingras) Beaulieu est décédée le 10 octobre 2022 à l’âge de 95 ans. Elle est née le 29 octobre 1926 à Inverness, Québec. Ses parents étaient Louis et Anne Marie Gringras.
Thérèse est arrivée à Falher en 1957 et a épousée Roméo Beaulieu le 18 novembre 1957. Ils ont eu deux enfants: Monique et Gilles.
Thérèse aimait cultiver de grands jardins et des fleurs de toutes sortes. Elle aimait beaucoup crocheter, tricoter et la lecture. Elle aimait suivre son équipe favorite les Canadiens de Montréal et ses séries télévisées en français. Roméo et Thérèse ont déménagé au village de Falher en 1984 et Thérèse a fait beaucoup de bénévolat au Grandma’s Den qui venait d’ouvrir les portes. Elle aimait bien aider sa famille pour toute chose. Roméo et Thérèse ont déménagé une dernière fois au Villa Beauséjour en 2014.
Thérèse laisse dans le deuil ses deux enfants: Monique (Edouard) Brulotte et Gilles (Sylvia) Beaulieu, 4 petits enfants, Marilyn (Joel) Doucet, Robert (Sheena) Brulotte et Alexandre et Nicolas Beaulieu ainsi que 3 arrières-petits enfants: Dereck Brulotte, Caleb Doucet et Xavier Brulotte.
Elle laisse aussi dans le deuil son frère Jean Paul (Jeannette) Gingras.
Elle est precedée de son mari de plus de 60 ans, Roméo Beaulieu en 2018 et ses parents et soeurs et frères tous du Québec.
Les dons peuvent être donnés à la Societé du Cancer du Canada ou à la Fondation du Cancer de l’Alberta en mémoire de Thérèse.
Therese Marie Beaulieu long time resident of Falher passed away peacefully in her sleep on October 10, 2022 at the age of 95 years. Therese was born on October 29, 1926 at Inverness, Quebec. Her parents were Louis and Anne Marie Gingras.
Therese arrived in Falher in 1957 and married Romeo Beaulieu on November 18th, 1957. They had two children, Monique and Gilles.
Therese loved gardening so she had large gardens and many flowers of all kinds. She spent countless hours crocheting and knitting and reading. She loved watching her favorite hockey team, the Montreal Canadians and her French tv shows. Romeo and Therese moved to town in 1984 and Therese did lots of hours of volunteering at Grandma’s Den when they opened in Falher. She loved to help her family and friends for all kinds of things.
In 2014, Romeo and Therese moved the last time. This time to the Villa Beausejour.
Therese leaves to mourn her two children; Monique (Edouard) Brulotte and Gilles (Sylvia) Beaulieu, 4 grand children; Marilyn (Joel) Doucet, Robert (Sheena) Brulotte, Alexandre Beaulieu and Nicolas Beaulieu, 3 great grandchildren; Dereck Brulotte, Caleb Doucet and Xavier Brulotte. She also leaves to mourn her brother Jean Paul (Jeannette) Gingras from Nicolet, Quebec.
She was predeceased by her husband Romeo of over 60 years in 2018 and her parents and sisters and brothers all from Quebec.
Donations may be made to the Alberta Cancer Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society in memory of Therese.
