Obituary
It is with immense sadness that the family of Ted Maciborski announce his passing at the Drayton Valley Hospital & Care Center on July 23 2022, at the age of 92 years.
Dad was a kind man with a huge heart who was greatly loved & respected by his family. He had an incredible work ethic & provided an amazing life for his wife & children. Among many other things, he taught his children how to live life with integrity.
Dad is cherished by his family, will be in our hearts forever & will be lovingly remembered by his children, Robert (Ruth) Maciborski, Richelle (Allan) Seely, Walter (Emma) Maciborski & Curt (Rhonda) Maciborski, 16 grandchildren & 18 great grandchildren. Dad was predeceased by his best friend & wife of 67 years, Marie Ann Maciborski on June 11, 2022. Mom & Dad are walking together hand in hand once again.
Our family would like to express our heartfelt thanks to our friends & relatives, the doctors & nursing staff of both the Drayton Valley Hospital & Care Center, the University of Alberta Hospital, the attending Emergency Medical Team from Drayton Valley, the Alder Flats/Buck Lake Fire Department, STARS Air Ambulance & Malcolm & Penni Turner.
As per Dad’s wishes, a formal memorial service will not be held.
For those who choose to do so, memorial donations in Dad’s name may be made to the Alberta Heart & Stroke Foundation, 10985-124 St., NW, Edmonton AB T5M 0H9.
