Theodora Surette 1921 2022

Théodora (Doiron) Surette, 100 years young
of Castel des Flots Bleus, Cap-Pelé, NB, passed away
peacefully on Friday, January 14, 2022. Born in Cap-Pele, she was the
daughter of the late Theodore and Beatrice (Léger)
Doiron.
Prior to her retirement, Théodora worked at
Cape Bald packers. She enjoyed quilting, reading, baking and most of
all spending time with her
family.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Rose Donelle
(Bernard) of Caissie Cape; three sons: Claude of Moncton, Valmond
(Diane) of Cap- Pele and Daniel (Annette) of New Maryland; a sister,
Gloria Landry of Moncton; a brother, Donat Doiron (Simonne) of
Shediac; 11 grandchildren: Line, Rémi, Mathieu, Jason,
Tobie, Marc, Sophie, Nadia, Luc, Chantal, and Patrick; 16
great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and
nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband, Louis; a sister,
Rose-Marie Leblanc; two brothers: Léobald and
Felix.
The family would like to thank the staff for the great
care and support she received at Castel des Flots
Bleus.
By request, there will be no visitation at the funeral
home. The funeral mass will be celebrated at
Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila Roman Catholic
Church, 2648 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé, on Tuesday May 24 at
10:30 am. Interment will be in parish
cemetery.
In memory of
Théodora, a contribution to the Breast Cancer Society or to
the Centre Habiletés Sud-Est Inc would be
appreciated.
Funeral
arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and
Cremation Centre, Cap-Pelé
(577-3297).
