Terry Novakuske
Terry Novakuske
May 7, 1958 – August 12, 2022
The family announces with deep sadness his passing after a courageous battle with cancer, at the Timmins and District Hospital on August 12, 2022 at the age of 64 years. Beloved father of Katie Novakuske (Shane Duciaume) and loving grandfather of Kassian Tait. Also left to mourn are his brothers Mark Novakuske and Anthony Guidolin, and his sisters Christine Novakuske-Lavallee (Nil Lavalle), Margaret Novakuske (James Bell), Liza Stewart (Larry), Sharon Bracken (Mark) and Marla Padley (George Silvestri). He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his mother Donna May Guidolin and his father John Allen Novakuske. Terry was born and raised in Timmins, ON and had a career in painting which brought him all over Canada. He loved to read his newspaper by lake Ontario while listening to sports on the radio. In his younger years he was an avid dirt bike rider, but most of all, Terry was a devoted father and grandfather and he will be sadly missed. As per his request, cremation was held and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. Remembrance donations for his grandson Kassian’s education fund (cheques payable to Katie Novakuske) would be greatly appreciated. The funeral arrangements have been entrusted with the MIRON-WILSON FUNERAL HOME, Cremation and Reception Centre, 150 Balsam St. S., Timmins.
