Retired – Parson’s Cleaners, Belleville –
Suddenly entered into rest at her home on Thursday, December 22, 2022, Terri Jean Pope (nee Elvins) of Belleville died at the age of 68. She was the daughter of the late Katharine “Kayo” Elvins and was the loving wife of the late Terrance “Terry” Pope. Terri was the proud mother of Tabitha Pope (Matt Thompson) of Belleville. She was the dearest Grammie of Avery and Paige. Terri is survived by her sister Susan Wilson (Steve) of Belleville. She was the adoring aunt of Scott (Cindy) Wilson, Sarah Wilson and the great aunt of Nevaeh & Zoe. Terri will be sadly missed by her aunt Patricia Nolk of Trenton, her entire family and many friends.
Mrs. Pope is resting at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Belleville Chapel, 80 Highland Avenue, (613-968-5588). In keeping with Terri’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Terri’s Life will be held at a later date. If desired, donations to Lions Club International or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by Terri’s family.
