Terrance (Tony)’s Obituary
MASON, Terrance Anthony (Tony) – Passed peacefully away on Wednesday, November 4th, 2020, after a courageous battle with cancer with his special sister, Hilda by his side.
Predeceased by his Parents: Catherine and John Mason; Sisters: Phyllis Mason, Theresa Mason, and Doreen Boland; Brothers: Dominic Mason (Speed), and Maurice Walsh (Nolan).
Leaving to mourn with broken hearts a large circle of family and friends from Edmonton and Newfoundland, including Sons: Justin, and Joshua; Step-Daughter Jennifer; Sisters: Geraldine Walsh, Hilda Mason (Vince), Christine Mason (Tony), and Bern Mason (Allan); Brother John Mason (Juanita); and Special Friend Joey Baldwin.
A heartfelt thank you and appreciation to all the doctors and nurses at the Hospital in Edmonton, Alberta, for their outstanding care and kindness during this difficult time.
At Tony’s request cremation has taken place.
Resting at Flaherty’s Memorial Funeral Home, 70 Conception Bay Highway, Conception Harbour, with visitation on Friday, September 10th, from 2:00pm – 9:00pm.
Funeral Mass will take place from Assumption Church, Avondale, on Saturday, September 11th, 2021, at 2:00pm.
Inurnment will take place at a later date.
Donations in Tony’s memory can be made to the Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Care Foundation.
