Watson, Teresa Robena
Theresa passed away peacefully on Saturday, February 19, 2022 in her 85th year at Cornwall Hospice. Loved and cherished wife of the late Colmer Watson who predeceased her on June 3, 2021. Beloved mother of the late Dale (Wendy Clarke survives.) Dear grandmother of Michael (Christina) of Victoria, B.C. and loving sister of Mildred (Milly) Beckstead (Duane) of Lunenburg, ON. She was remembered as the kind and caring daughter of the late Ross and Mae Baxter of Newington, ON. Predeceased by two brothers Floyd (Catherine survives) of Prescott, ON and Robert of Woodstock, ON. Fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and a large circle of friends. Teresa loved her family first and then her dogs. Dancing, playing the guitar and singing with Colman was a passion of Teresa’s.
The family would like to express sincere appreciation for the loving care at Cornwall Hospice, the staff at the Oncology unit of the Ottawa Hospital, the Cornwall Community Hospital, the Sunset Cove, Long Sault and CCAC.
The family is planning a celebration of life at a later date. Funeral Arrangements are entrusted to the Irvine Funeral Home, 4 James St. E., Brockville, ON.
