Teresa Marie Schaefer of Walkerton passed away on Thursday, September 15, 2022, at South Bruce Grey Health Centre, Walkerton, at age 65. Beloved wife of John. She will be missed by her brother Peter (Harriet) Kraemer, sisters Ruth (John Schefter) Powell, and Barb (Jim Sleightholm), all of Walkerton. Teresa will be remembered by her nieces and nephews Krista (Brad), Kyle (Lorna), Robert (Diane), Catherine (Greg), Jonathan (Christina), Michelle (Troy), Jason (Laura), Renata, and her extended nieces and nephew in the Schaefer Family.
She will be remembered most for her big heart – always putting others first. Caring, thoughtful, loving are the memories we will carry in our hearts when thinking of Teresa.
Teresa is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Rita (nee Frederick) Kraemer, brothers-in-law Dave Powell and Vince Vyhnal.
A private memorial service for Teresa will be held at Cameron’s in Walkerton, followed by interment in Calvary Cemetery, Walkerton.
