STARLING, Taylor Justice
August 19, 1995 – June 4, 2022
It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the passing of Taylor Justice Starling.
Taylor was a 26 year old beautiful young mom, who was taken from us far too soon. At what we thought was the happiest time of her life she tragically passed away in her sleep on Saturday, June 4, 2022.
Taylor would be the first to admit she wasn’t perfect but she was never afraid to take on any challenge or job with as much confidence as the next, to provide the best she could for her son, Cayden. Even when she was very pregnant she was out selling Red Deer Advocate subscriptions door to door in the freezing winter as well as continuing to go to high school and graduate from Lindsey Thurber High School.
Taylor and her partner, Brandon had huge plans for their future together. Taylor was working two jobs to save up for an upcoming vacation to BC. She absolutely loved Kelowna and was so excited to finally be able to go back. There was even talk of a proposal that will sadly not ever be able to happen now.
She enjoyed her love of homecare, she would even check-up on her past patients quite often to see how they were doing but her truest passion was to become an RN. She was working extremely hard to make that passion come true. She was taking upgrading courses to ensure she would be accepted into a nursing program next year.
Taylor was born in Calgary, AB on August 19, 1995. She was raised in Bentley by her loving Grandparents Bill and Heather Starling (Papa & Mom) until she ventured out on her own living in Red Deer, Blackfalds, Sylvan Lake and Grande Prairie.
Taylor leaves to mourn her passing, her son, Cayden Starling whom she loved more then anything and her loving partner, Brandon Ritchie. She is also survived by her parents/grandparents, Bill and Heather Starling; as well as her sister, Lindsey Starling (who was so much more then her cousin), these two shared such a special bond. She is also survived by her mother, Christy Starling; her gramma, Ruby Ashton; grampa, Eugene Gilmore; and her great great gramma, Ruby Merriman. Her long time friend, Zarina Mirwas along with so many more relatives and friends will miss her so very very much. Words are not enough to express our loss.
Taylor will be cremated and returned to the care of her family at Taylor’s wishes.
A Celebration of Life will be held in Red Deer at a date to be announced in the near future.
Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Taylor Justice Starling August 19th 1995 June 4th 2022..
