IDZIK, Tadeusz “Ted”
Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 16th at Groves Memorial Hospital. Beloved husband of Janina, loving father of Jack (Gillian), John (Belen), Mark (Mirka), and Pete (Adrienne). Forever cherished by his grandchildren, James (Jennifer), Thomas, Katherine, Joshua (Kaitlin), Shantel, Arturo, Belen, Matthew, Marcel, Sophie, and Emily and great grand-children Claire, Noah, and Isaiah. He will be dearly missed by many nieces and nephews. Reunited in Heaven with his parents and 5 siblings Kazimierz, Jan, Bronislawa, Michal, and Jozefa. Ted left Poland when he was 21 years old and moved to Toronto. A few years later, he married his wife Janina, and was happily married for 58 years. He worked as a baker, and in 1973 the family moved so he could start a farm outside of Arthur. Ted worked as a baker for Zehrs for many years. Ted was a hardworking, kind, and loving man who had a strong faith. God has called Him home and He will be dearly missed. Funeral mass was celebrated on Friday, August 19th at St. Joseph’s Church, Fergus. Donations can be made to Parkinson Canada in his memory. www.grahamgiddyfh.com
