SWAN LOIS ISOBEL nee DRAPER 2022

Passed away peacefully at home on Friday, January 14, 2022. Lois Swan (nee Draper) of Phelpston in her 76th year, loved wife of Brian Swan. Daughter of the late Don and Veda Draper. Cherished mother of Kevin (Linda) Swan of Midland, Tim (Robin) Swan of Wyebridge, Tammy (Dan) O’Neill of Elmvale and Sheri (Len) Brunsdon of Phelpston. Proud and loving grandma of MacKenzie (Ashley), Myles (Brittany), Fraser (Emma), Rob (Danielle), Wesley (Emily), Colton (Amber), Bryton (Sara), Derek, Jennifer (Cody) and Charlotte. One of her greatest joys was becoming a great grandmother to Ryer, Alivia and Evelyn. Lovingly remembered by her siblings, Fran Lucas (Gord Schlamb) of Barrie and Trace Draper of Onaping and her sister in-law Brenda Swan (Paul Beaulac). Predeceased by Barry Swan. Lois will be missed by extended family and many friends.
Lois loved being surrounded by her family. She enjoyed the fruits of her labour from her expansive vegetable and flower gardens. And she loved to host friends and family and always made any of her guests feel welcome.
Visitation will be held at the Lynn-Stone Funeral Home, Elmvale on Tuesday January 18th from 4:30 to 7 pm. Masks and proof of vaccination are mandatory. Capacity restrictions will be in place.
A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
Spring interment Elmvale Cemetery.
