Obituary of Susanna Gafoor
Passed away peacefully at Freeport Health Centre, on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at the age of 74 years.
Survived by her daughter, Natasha (Jamie) Kinsman, son-in-law Jason Smart, grandchildren Toby and Lydianna Kinsman, her brother George (Cathy) Orendi, nieces and nephews Karen (Brian), Robert (Nikki) and Thomas (Mic) and their families.
Predeceased by her husband Abdul and her daughter Tanya Smart.
Susanna was born in Romania and worked at Grand River Hospital for over 35 years until her retirement. Susanna attended Glen Acres Baptist Church.
Special thanks are extended by the family to the staff at Freeport for their care shown to Susanna.
Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Tuesday, September 27, 2022 from 7-9 pm. The memorial service will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Wednesday, Sept. 28 at 10:00 am. A reception will follow in the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home. Cremation will have taken place and interment will be at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Kitchener.
