Susan (Sue) Douthwright
1961-2022
It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of
Sue Douthwright at her home on Wednesday, December 21, 2022. Born in
Saint John she was the daughter of Janet Todd and the late Donald
Todd.
She was involved in office work for most of her career and in
retirement was able to spend more time with her family and her beloved
grandchildren.
Sue is missed and will be remembered by her sons: Jonathan
(Lindsay) Phillips, Bryan Phillips, step-son Gene Douthwright,
sisters: Wendy (Paul) Murray, Lori Smith and brothers: Mark (Jackie)
Todd, Barry (Brenda) Todd. She is also survived by her beloved
grandchildren: Alice, Grayson, Liam and her several nieces and
nephews.
Aside from her father, she was predeceased by her husband
Dale Douthwright.
In keeping with her family’s wishes, a private
service will take place for close family and friends at a later date.
Arrangements are entrusted to Cobb’s Funeral Home and
Cremation Center, 330 Whitepine Rd. Riverview (869-2007). Donations in
her memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
