Susan Elizabeth Lorenz Pierce Friday September 9th 2022

Lorenz, Susan Elizabeth (nee Pierce)
Peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Friday September 9, 2022 at the age of 70. Beloved wife of Vern Lorenz. Dear mother of Alisa Miller (Brandon) and Adam Lorenz (Michelle). Cherished grandma/Gimme of Avery, Evan, Luke and Desmond. Susan will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.
Susan found so much joy being around her family and friends. She had such a love for fashion, faith and home decor.
She devoted 32 hardworking years at the LCBO, becoming a manager before her much deserved retirement in 2015. Over her life she spent much of her free time volunteering for various organizations including the Orangeville Northmen as well at her children’s, then her grandchildren’s schools.
She was everyone’s Grandma, Gimmie and mom.
A celebration of Susan’s life will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St. Orangeville on Thursday September 15th, 2022 at 11:00 am. Reception to follow service. Memorial donations to Headwaters Health Care Foundation, Canadian Cancer Society or the Northmen Benevolent Fund would be appreciated by the family.
A tree will be planted in memory of Susan in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. 21st Annual Dedication Service will be held on Sunday, September 10, 2023 at 2:00 p.m.
