McLeod, Stuart
Passed away peacefully on November 20, 2022 at the age of 79. Beloved husband to Annette and father to Gary (Glenda) McLeod and Leigh (Darrel) McCracken. Predeceased to Robert and Elizabeth McLeod. Beloved brother to Dorothy Robertson (Alex). Cherished grandpa to Cody McLeod, Reece, Connor, Bryce McCracken.
Fondly missed by Maureen (James) Singleton, Phyllis (Al) Bobenham, Tommy (Rosina) Culleton, James and Jackie Healy. Along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Stuart was second to none as a Union Leader for 36 years at Ford Motor Company, dedicating himself to his fellow union brothers and sisters. Stuart was extremely proud of his Scottish heritage and was a proud supporter of the Glasglow Celtic. He was Celtic Daft.
There are many people to thank over the last 4 years who gave much care and love to Stuart but especially, the family would like to thank the dedicated staff at Hospice of Windsor and Alzheimer’s Society, Don Grady, Brad Boakes, Gojko and Dr. John Day. You will never be forgotten.
Visitation will be held at Windsor Chapel – Banwell Chapel (11677 Tecumseh Rd E) 519- 253- 7234 on Monday November 28, 2022 from 2-5pm and 7-9pm. Prayers will be at 8pm in the chapel. A funeral Mass will be held at St. Annes Church (12233 Tecumseh Rd E) on Tuesday November 29, 2022 at 10:30am. Burial to follow at St.Anne’s Cemetery (1120 Lesperance Rd). Donations may be made to Hospice of Windsor or the Alzheimer’s Society. Online condolences and cherished memories can be shared at windsorchapel.com
