1960-2022
Stephen John Nicholson of Lake George, NB passed away November 27,
2022 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Stephen was born at Harvey
Station, NB in 1960, a son of the late Donald and Ethel (Lusty)
Nicholson.
He was employed as a truck driver for most of his working years.
Stephen enjoyed hunting and time at the camp, especially if his great
grandchildren were with him.
He is survived by his wife, Alvine M. Y. (Aubin) Nicholson; his
step-children, Jeff Nason (Laura), French Lake, NB, Melvina Nason
(Mark), Fredericton, NB and Jeremy Nason (Sonya), Hoyt, NB; his
grandsons, Daniel Nason (Stephanie), Bradley Nason, Jordan Nason and
Mackenzie Nason; his great grandchildren, Savannah, Dakota and Austin;
a brother, Wayne Nicholson (Carolyn), Lake George, NB; nieces, Crystal
and Jackie, nephews, Andrew and Christopher and several nieces,
nephews, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law in the Aubin family.
In addition to his parents, Stephen was predeceased by a brother Larry
Nicholson and nephews Robert and Troy Nicholson.
Visiting hours will be held at Swan Funeral Chapel, 1826 Highway 3,
Harvey Station, NB on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Funeral service will be held from the chapel on Thursday, December 1,
2022 at 2 p.m. with Rev. Alice Finnamore officiating. Interment will
follow at Magundy Sand Bank Cemetery.
For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Stephen, the family
has suggested the cemetery or Diabetes Canada.
