Stella Deroche 1926 2022

Stella Deroche 96, long time resident of Cedar St Moncton,
passed away peacefully within the comforts of her home surrounded by
the love of her family on Wednesday April 27 2022.
Born in Bartibogue, NB she was the daughter of the late Hans
and Pricilla (Gautreau) Anderson. She was a member of St
Augustine’s Roman Catholic Church and Moncton Legion Branch
#6. She enjoyed knitting, sewing and spending quality time with
friends and family.
Stella will be sadly missed by her son, Reg Deroche (Janice)
of Lakeville, NB; daughters, Ethel Deroche of Moncton, Audrey Richard
(Late Gerald) of Dunville ON, Anella Rickard (Late Kevin) of Moncton,
NB, and Peggy Fenton (Joseph) of Moncton, NB; grandchildren, Sabrina
(Doug), Sheena (Dave), Tanya (Terek), Corey (Jordan), Tia (Kevin),
Aren (Sarah); cherished great grandchildren, Ocean, Summer, Abigail,
Rebecca, Noah, Zahra, Zayne, Teigan, Lincoln, Isabella, Evelyn, Stella
and Sophia; step grand daughter Sadie as well as several nieces,
nephews and extended family members.
In addition to her parents Stella was predeceased by her
husband Henry J. E. Deroche (1984); brothers Wilfred, Raymond, Walter,
Lloyd and Alvin; sisters Olive and Margaret and son in laws, Gerald
and Kevin.
Visitation on Monday May 2, 2022 between 1:00 and 2:00 pm
with Funeral service to follow in the Fergusons Funeral Home Chapel,
1657 Mountain Rd, Moncton (858-1995) at 2:00 pm with Rev. Angus
MacDonald presiding. Interment Our Lady of Calvary, Dieppe later in
the Spring.
In Stella’s memory donations can be made to Friends
of the Moncton Hospital or Charity of Donor’s choice. Online
