Stanley Roy “Bob” Fetterly
Of Sundridge
Passed away peacefully at the Southwind Retirement Home on Monday, January 31st, 2022, he just turned 84.
Beloved husband of the late Gloria Anne Fetterly (nee Sohm). Cherished father of Laurie Hill (Liam) of Sundridge, Morgan Fetterly (Kelly) of Barrie and Josie Hawkins (John) of Chisholm.
Proud grandfather of Kaitlyn Thomas (Steve), Kelsey Hill, Erin Fetterly, Ethan Fetterly, Olivia Fetterly, Shelby Andrews (Cory), Brody Hawkins, Keegan Hawkins and great-grandchildren Hunter Thomas and Scarlett Thomas.
Sadly missed by his siblings Anne Peters (Pete), Lynn May (Gerry) and Ike Varcoe (Jean).
Family will receive friends at the Opatovsky Funeral Home-Moore Chapel 9 Paget Street, Sundridge, Ontario on Saturday, February 5, 2022 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. A graveside service will take place at Strong Cemetery in the spring of 2022.
If desired, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be gratefully acknowledged as expressions of sympathy.
PLEASE NOTE: As per the directive of the Bereavement Authority of Ontario COVID-19 protocols are in place; masks and social distancing are mandatory. Registration for visiting is required.
