St. Clair Dennis “John” Hubley
1949-2022
St. Clair Dennis “John” Hubley
– 72, of Welsford, Kings County, passed away at home on
Friday, May 20, 2022, surrounded by his loving family. He was a son of
the late Wesley and Nellie (Slauenwhite) Hubley. John was a member of
the 4×4 Rally Club and competed in many
rallies.
He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Susan
(Dominey); son, David (Liz); granddaughter, Trisha and two
great-grandsons, Russell and Remington; sisters, Rachel Sarty, Beverly
Levy and Crystal (Alex) Monroe; brothers, Gerald (Carolyn), George
(Lynn), Danny (Elizabeth), Eugene, Delbert, Robert (Doreen) and Terry
(Mary); and several nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters-in-law.
He was predeceased by a son, Corey and sister, Rose
Marie.
Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of
Life will be held at David’s house, 52 Pleasant Valley Road, Somerset
on Saturday, June 11, starting at 1:00 p.m. All are welcome. Donations
in memory may be made to the Annapolis Valley Palliative Care Program
or the Canadian Cancer Society. Funeral
arrangements have been entrusted to the
White Family Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville. On-line
