SOURIOL, Bobbie Ann
1986 – 2022
A beloved girlfriend, daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, cousin, and friend, Bobbie Ann “B” “BA” “Bobbie” left this world unexpectedly, at the age of 35, on Feb. 1, 2022. Born in Kirkland Lake on August 2, 1986, to Bobby and Lorrie (Nichol) Souriol, Bobbie Ann was born in and grew up in Kirkland Lake where she attended Assomption School, KLCVI, and graduated from Northern College with a Business Administration-Accounting diploma.
Bobbie was a lover of all animals but, especially all her babies over the years, Leena, Whiskey, Lola, and Stone. She loved and was so proud of her only nephew Caden. She was funny, outgoing, and vivacious. Appropriately nicknamed “Crazy Red Head.” She was a beauty and fiercely loyal to her friends and family! She will always be remembered for her fiery red hair, infectious smile, piercing green/blue eyes, and caring personality. She will be remembered for her crazy, funny personality and of course her strength to say what was on her mind and how she felt. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed by everyone she touched. When you think of Bobbie, celebrate the good memories you have of her. Remember that life is fragile and short and should be lived to the fullest.
Bobbie Ann was preceded in death by her father and namesake Bobby who passed when she was only six months old; her step-father Bruce Davis, her grandparents Arthur and Pauline Souriol, Bill and Helen Nichol, uncle Peter, and her fur babies Leena and Whiskey.
Left to mourn her passing are her boyfriend and partner Glenn Hol; mother Lorrie and step-father Mickey Barrett; sister Tammy and her son Caden; brother Tyler and stepsisters Sheena and Samantha. She will be dearly missed by her Uncle Bill and Aunt Cathy; Uncle Gordy and Aunt Bonnie; Uncle Edward and Aunt Donna Lee; Auntie Yolande, Auntie Annette, and Auntie Paulette; “Pops” Don Giroux; many cousins, great aunts and uncles, great cousins, a wide circle of friends and acquaintances; and of course her favorite beauties Lola and Stone.
Rest in paradise, my Baby Girl! You are now at peace and with your dad. One thing that is going to help me through this, is knowing that you will finally get to know him. The other is that you will be back with your Grama Nichol and the rest of your family that you so dearly missed. I know that they all will take care of you and make you laugh until I can hold you in my arms again! I love you!
